Notre comportement lors d'un achat a beaucoup changé depuis la démocratisation d'Internet. Ce changement est surtout lié à l'existence d'outils qui permettent de comparer et de juger un produit quel qu'il soit.
L'existence aujourd'hui de prescripteurs comme de comparateurs en ligne permet aux consommateurs de se faire une idée et de se rassurer avant leur achat. Qui n'a jamais fait des recherches sur un produit avant de l'acheter ou sorti son smartphone pour effectuer ses recherches en plein magasin?
